Dear Visitor
"It is more blessed to give than receive" Acts 20:35. These are the only words of Jesus we have which are not recorded in the Gospels. This is certainly the kind of thing Jesus would have said! This Sunday at 10 we finish with the last in a series on the Church with a look at the role of God's people in compassion and service and acts of generosity.
Sunday at 5 we look at the reason Christ came into this world. If you have been a Christian for a while the answer may seem obvious, but we will discover that an understanding of this will transform our lives.
Communion this Sunday morning, take time to prayerfully read Matthew 26:17-30 in preperation.
Special events!
On Wed 20th April we are having a Passover supper at the Church. The growth groups will not meet that week but we will all have a bring and share supper followed by and explanation as to what a typical Passover meal would have looked like. We will end with communion.
